  1. Need some scripture tattoo ideas – Religious Quotes?
I’m looking to get another tattoo and want a religious quote of some sort on my fore-arm, running from about an inch after my elbow to my wrist.

I want it in smallish writing but not so small you cant read it, so the length of the quote must be pretty much dead on.

    With thanks.

  2. short bible verses or religious quotes for tattoo?
i am getting a tattoo of a sacred heart & next to it i was going to put “i can do all things through christ, which strengthens me”

but now i am starting to think it is too long?
i really like “forgive me father for i have sinned”
but a lot of people have that already. and i want to to have something to do with strength, or for healing from a broken past.

any suggestions would be helpful, and please none of that “god doesnt like that, its a sin” because its not what i am asking. please just dont even respond if you dont like or agree with it.

    • I am getting “I can do all things through Christ which strengthenth me.” Not because it is my favorite verse. It’s not by any means, but in memory of a very close friend who recently died. My favorite bible verse Is Matthew 6:34. You could get” So do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will care for itself.” that is my favorite verse. But if you want something short and about strength just get,”God is my strength and power.” or just “God is my strength.” or How about shortening it to “I can do all things through Christ.”

  3. Need religious quotes for a tattoo?
Please don’t give me your opinions on tattoos, but I’ve begun saving to get a pair of wings on my upper back and I want a good religious quote to go with them. Any ideas?
I’m catholic if that helps any

  4. Is there any good religious quotes for a tattoo?
I decided that I want to get a tattoo. My choice would be a quote, “short and sweet” kind of thing. My friend recommended “momento mori”. He explained to me that it meant, remember that there is death, and live life best that you could.
Another one was, although not really religious and not really my choice, Carpe diem, meaning “seize the day”
Either one I would like on either the left or right forearm.

So my question is, do you guys think any of these would be nice tattoos? The font would most likely be “English Calligraphy” (search tattoolettering.net). If not, do you guys have any better quotes/fonts for something like this? Doesn’t have to be Latin, could be English also. I’m not in a hurry, I want to like it for the rest of my life.
